Custom training program with workouts tailored to your body, schedule, and equipment
Integrated habit tracking (movement, sleep, regulation practices, hydration)
Nervous system & embodiment support, including a practical “regulation menu” of tools you can use during workouts, at work, or in relationships: grounding, resourcing, pendulation, and gentle discharge practices.
Between‑session support with check‑ins, compassionate nudges, and adjustments via app or text, so you’re not just white‑knuckling the plan alone.
